This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS announcement to be used for preliminary market research purposes only. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests.The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, common

tools, special tooling, incidental materials, equipment, transportation, and any other resources necessary to execute the Electrical Services requirements described in Task Orders (see Paragraph 3.A. of Attachment SOW CRREL) prepared pursuant to this contract. Work described in Task Orders shall be performed at the US Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (USACRREL) located at 72 Lyme Road, Hanover NH 03755.(See Attachment -SOW CRREL)North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 238210 -Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The Small Business Size Standard for this sources sought is $15 mil.Interested companies responding to this sources sought should include the following information:1.
