Desktop and Laptop Refresh

The City is accepting electronic bid submissions. Bidders shall create a FREE account with ProcureNow by signing up at https://secure.procurenow.com/signup . Once you have completed account registration, browse back to the page, click on "Submit Response", and follow the instructions to submit the electronic bid. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for laptops and desktop computer system hardware and operating system software to support City support applications. City of South San Francisco Information Technology Department (SSFITD) is replacing 75 City computers and 20 laptops which includes computer hardware, firmware and operating system software to support existing and future business application software. The desktop computer systems will include an optional display, keyboard and mouse with the Microsoft Windows 10 Professional operating system or better, and the laptops with the Microsoft Windows 10 Professional operating system or better.
