Bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified in the bid documents, including Davis Bacon and "American Iron and Steel" (AIS) provisions.Per SRF loan requirements, all prospective bidders will be required to comply and implement "Good Faith Efforts" and procedures to Disadvantage Business Enterprises so that they have the opportunity to be awarded subcontracts for supplies, construction, equipment, or construction services.
