CANCELLATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is CAMPBELL45SFGNK0001 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. FOB Destination shall be Fort Campbell, KY 42223The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following:LI 001: Scissors, heavy duty., 6, EA;LI 002: Neon colored marking lines (nylon). Set of green markers and set of red markers bound together by cable or rope. For use in marking the edges of contaminated areas, specifically where the line of possible contamination begins., 2, EA;LI 003: 48 inch by 48 inch Sealable, Polyurethane bags. For stowing possibly contaminated gear, clothing, or sensitive forensic samples., 40, Boxes;LI 004: Absorbent Decontamination Powder. Needs to be able to neutralize, or emulsify chemical or biological warfare agents on application in a tactical, expeditionary environment. To be used on personnel wearing protective, anti-chemical warfare garments. Needs to have the same amount of decontamination powder or more as the M100 Sorbent Decontamination System (1.4 lbs of sorbent powder) that the Army has utilized previously. To clarify, that is a total of 12 boxes of 1.4 lbs of powder, or 16.8 pounds of sorbent powder at a minimum., 12, Boxes;LI 005: Waist pouch/fanny pack. Needs to be highly absorbent to soak gross contamination off of personnel. Can be broken down into boxes of any quantity as long as there are at least 50 cloths to use., 50, EA;LI 011: Headlamp. High power, LED lights with an adjustable headband. Must have red lens., 6, EA;LI 012: Military grade protective cases. Rolling wheels and handle bars., 2, EA;LI 013: Decontaminant sprayers. Bug-pesticide style sprayers. Pump activated. Storage no less than 10 gallons., 6, EA;LI 014: Collapsible garbage cans. 20 gallons in size., 4, EA;LI 015: Hook knife/heavy duty seat belt cutter. Must be able to slice through anti-chemical warfare protective ensembles in multiple iterations. Blades must be replaceable., 6, EA;LI 016: Collapsible casualty litter. Must be able to fold up rapidly. At least four, reinforced handles for carry. No cloth construction.
