THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE / SYNOPSISThis is a synopsis and not a request for proposal.  The solicitation and the technical data package will be released at a later date.This procurement is intended to result in the award of a single Requirements contract for the estimated supplies specified.  The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized through issuance of delivery orders for discrete quantities for the period stated in the schedule.  The Government bears no responsibility to issue an initial minimum order upon base contract award.  For further guidance related to a Requirements type contract, see FAR 16.503 and FAR clause 52.216-21, Requirements.The ordering period is 18 months.Range pricing is required.This is a Parts Kit made up of two metal fabricated stowage boxes, fabricated cloth covers, and many parts that are available as commercial items (hose connectors, electrical connectors, adhesive, wire, hand tools, electrical power cables, hose assembly, ground
