The Work consists generally of the following: Electrical: demolition, project site visit, power outage schedule, clean/test existing electrical items, remove all existing switchboards, distribution boards, panel boards, lighting fixtures, conduits, wires, and other electrical apparatus designated as existing to be removed, remove all control panels, equipment racks, pull-boxes, terminal cabinets, etc. Mechanical: comply with legally constituted authorities; check and verify dimensions, sizes, and required clearances; supply/approve shop drawings; provide accurate as-built drawings; install of access panels or other indicating equipment or specialties requiring reading, adjustment, inspection, repairs, removal or replacement, testing, adjusting, and balancing (tab) of the air conditioning systems and related ancillary equipment.
