The successful Respondent will be required to develop a data management system to receive, scan, sort, review, audit, and process payments for approximately 360 electric utility invoices per month. The CVWD is served commercial power from the Imperial Irrigation District (IID) and Southern California Edison (SCE). See Scope of Services for more details. Within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award, the Successful Proposer must furnish the District with the Certificates of Insurance proving coverage as specified in the attached agreement and will execute a written agreement with CVWD.
