A Pre-Offer Conference will be offered on April 25, 2024, at 10:30 AM local Phoenix time. Although not required to submit an offer, it is highly
encouraged to attend as it will cover important instructions on how to submit a valid offer and highlight procurement process milestones. See solicitation schedule on page 4 for more details and WebEx meeting links. No RSVP required.
