Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) is soliciting proposals from consulting legal firms interested in serving as bond counsel for any upcoming debt financings, re-financings or associated transactions. The bond counsel will provide legal services in connection with the authorization, issuance and sale of bonds for the Aviation Division consisting of Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA) and the Niagara Falls International Airport (NFIA), legal advice on other financing structures and legal advice as requested by the Chief Financial Officer.
