As a result, several waterfront facilities sustained major damage and destruction. Tarpon Street Pier was destroyed and the Riverside Community Center waterside facilities were heavily damaged. The City is seeking a qualified professional consultant to provide design, permitting and construction oversight services in the repair and/or replacement of these facilities. The following is a very brief scope of services desired. A more detailed scope will be developed in conjunction with the selected consultant. Other Details Design and obtain all federal, state, and local permits required for the repair/replacement of: 1. Pier at Tarpon Street including the Kayak Launch Area. 2. Riverside Community Center Pier and viewing platform. 3. Riverside Community Center floating dock. All permits are to be secured by September 27, 2023.
