The Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Legislative Advocacy Servicesfor the Transbay Program – which includes the Downtown Rail Extension (DTX) project and the multimodal Salesforce Transit Center – from firms with the qualifications and expertise to provide one or bothof the following services (Services): Federal legislative advocacy services– Respondent with comprehensive knowledge and experience of federal government, including executive and legislative branch operations and procedures along with federal departments, and the funding and budget processes; and/or State and regional legislative advocacy services– Respondent with comprehensive knowledge and experience of state government, including executive and legislative branch operations and procedures along with state departments, the funding and budget processes, and the Bay Area’s regional transportation sector along with San Francisco and local Bay Area government, including

TJPA’s stakeholder government agencies’, transit partners’, and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s policy and fund programming procedures.
