The project is located at the SR503 at-grade crossing with RR MP 9.80. On the west side of SR-503, beginning at the end of the existing grade crossing tubs, replace existing crossties with 10-foot crossties. Install two sets of concrete grade crossing panels. Install two pair of insulated joints. Ballast, tamp, line and surface track.
