Description: LEGAL NOTICEREQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 307.862, competitive sealed proposals (“proposals”) will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, in the Office of the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, 3 rd Floor, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503, UNTIL Monday, February 6, 2023, AT 10:00 A.M. for Multi-Function Devices. Request for proposal (“RFP”) documents are on file at, and may be obtained from, the Board of Commissioners, 3 rd Floor, Clark County, Ohio, in the Office of the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503, or by contacting Angela Wheeler at document.write('awheeler'+'@'+'clarkcountyohio.gov')For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address.. All questions must be directed to the Information Systems Assistant Director in accordance with the RFP requirements. Each proposal shall contain the full name and

address of each person or company submitting the proposal. All proposals must be submitted, in triplicate, to the Board of County Commissioners, third Floor, County Offices Building, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio, 45503. They must be submitted NO LATER THAN MONDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2023 AT 10:00 A.M. Proposals are to be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope in the lower left hand corner by name, as listed above. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any defect in accordance with the RFP terms. Please note the County is exempt from all Federal, State, and Local Sales and/or Excise Taxes. Bidders must also submit the following in triplicate: Non-Discrimination Provision, Personal Property Tax Statement, Non-Collusion Bid Affidavit, BWC Certificate and an Affidavit of Compliance with ORC 3517.13. The successful bidder must also submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance that meets the County’s insurance requirements: Requirements are included in the RFP package.
