The Port of Vancouver USA (port) is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified firms to assist in its advertising, marketing and public relations efforts. The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit and evaluate proposers to determine up to three of the most responsive consultants to enter into an agreement to assist the port in marketing services.
