1333 Park Ave., Emeryville, CA 94608This project generally includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of existing light poles and fixtures, as well as new light pole and LED light fixtures, trenching, and electrical appurtenances in the Emeryville Marina parking lots and Powell Street median areas. The work, to be completed within 80 working days, is more fully described in the Contract Documents, as defined in the Contract provided in Section 8, Part A, Bid Documents. The engineer’s estimate for this project is $1,425,000, which is based upon the Total of the Base Bid Items ($990,000) plus Alternate Bid Items ($435,000).
