RFP Butte Rescue Mission Renovation

The City-County of Butte Silver Bow (BSB) has received a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) -CV Grant in the amount of $700,000 to assist the BRM with renovation of the BRM Warehouse 610 E. Platinum, Butte MT 59701. This renovation work will ultimately include office space and day-use room with expanded kitchen and laundry facilities and allow for expanded services to be provided at the BRM.The BRM seeks professional construction management services to help guide the renovation of the BRM Warehouse. These services include the design, procurement, and oversite of construction of the renovation work. The fee for theses service will not be paid with CDBG funds.The services will not include the disbursement or accounting of funds distributed by BSB, legal advice, fiscal audits, or assistance with activities not related to the CDBG project.Following approval, the selected professional may also be asked at the discretion of the BRM to assist in grant writing, develop a final

construction design, prepare construction bid documents, assist in bidding the project, and oversee construction activities, including related grant administration and management.Proposals will be received until 5 pm local time on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the Clerk & Recorder’s Office in the Butte-Silver Bow Courthouse, 155 West Granite St., Butte, MT 59701. Proposals received after that time will not be opened or considered for this project.
