6000000969Project-Title:Eco-Friendly Janitorial Services, Field Operations CenterResponses Due:9/25/2019 @ 2:30 P.M.Description:This Solicitation is for a three (3) year not-to-exceed contract with two (2) one-year renewal options for eco-friendly janitorial services. Services shall include, but are not limited to, providing all labor, equipment, and supplies to perform specified duties for the Field Operations Center, buildings B-270, B-271 and B-374. Bidders shall have verifiable experience, through submitted references, in janitorial services, in order to be deemed responsible to this RFB.
An OPTIONAL PRE-BID CONFERENCE (CONFERENCE) will be held on September 12, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. at the Building B-270 Conference Room, located at 8894 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, Florida. All Respondents who wish to respond to this Solicitation may attend the Conference.
Due to the importance of all Respondents having a clear understanding of the scope of work and requirements of this Solicitation, attendance at this Conference by a representative of each Prime Respondent is encouraged before submitting a
