1. Request for Proposals(No. 2022.223-RFP)Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide a COVID-19 After-Action Review and Improvement Plan. Contractor will conduct and document a comprehensive after-action review (AAR) of Washington County’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to make recommendations for improving its response to future incidents. Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm Thursday, October 27, 2022.The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.A copy of the Request for Proposal document is posted on https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/washington-county-or.
