The successful Contractors must have the local capability, including staff and equipment, to perform the work and must have demonstrated experience performing this level of work as a regular part of their business. Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) Program. Other Details ReWa may utilize multiple funding sources to finance these projects including the South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP), the 2021 American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), State Revolving Fund Program (SRF), local bonds and/or cash on hand. Multiple funding sources may be utilized for any project within the IDC program. The Contractor will be required to follow all guidelines associated with these funding sources when such is applicable on a specific project.
