RFQ- Public Information Consultant - RFQ

The City of Chico (City), is looking for a qualified individual or organization to service as a Public Information Consultant (Consultant). The Consultant will provide day-to-day, on-demand assistance to City of Chico staff to plan and direct public communication. Consultant will develop materials for all forms of media (print, social media, email, etc.) in consultation with City staff and under the direction of the City Manager’s Office. While there are certain deliverables that may be consistent, many other deliverables will be required to be produced with very little notice.
