Review of a plan renewal application package for an Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan that is required to commit adequate resources to meet all planning requirements for prevention and response for a realistic maximum discharge from the operations of Crowley Fuels LLC. Crowley Fuels LLC charters and operates a fleet of oil barges ranging up to a maximum capacity of 100,000 barrels). Many of these vessels travel coastwide from Alaska to Washington carrying various grades of non-persistent petroleum products. Besides carrying refined petroleum products to various docks statewide in Alaska the company

performs bunkering and lightering operations.Location:

An additional comment period may be provided in accordance with 18 AAC 75.455(d).
