Design/Build for the Full Facility Restoration of Barracks Building 5509 located at JBMDL, NJ

Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Full Facility Restoration (FFR) of a threestoryTransient Training (TT) barracks, with a basement, at Joint BaseMcGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey. The TT barracks includesapproximately 39,770 square feet of usable floor space. The project involvesthe modernization of an existing concrete framed and CMU Walled barrackswith attached dining facility. External improvements will include a new roof,new windows, and a mow strip. Interior improvements will includereplacement/ installation of electrical, plumbing, cable television, data, voice,and HVAC utilities. The HVAC system will be required to have individual roomcontrols. Bathrooms will require new fixtures, showers, and toilets.Additional interior improvements may include new or replacement floorcoverings, new or replacement wall coverings, and new or replacementceiling systems. Supporting facilities include land clearing, paving, generalsite improvements, and utility connections.
