PRE-BID MEETING: A Pre-Bid Meeting WILL be held on November 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Kuna City Hall Council Chambers, 751 West 4 th Street, Kuna, Idaho. LOWEST RESPONSIVE BID: In determining the lowest responsive bid, the Owner will consider all acceptable bids on a basis consistent with the bid package in its entirety. The Owner will also consider whether the bidder is a responsible bidder and meets the verifiable required professional commercial construction management experience and credentials. All bids must be signed. AUTHORITY TO SIGN: All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. BID SECURITY: Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of (5) Percent of the amount of the bid proposal.
