The Henry County School District is seeking qualified, responsive, and responsible companies to provide live audio, staging, video, lighting, and live-streaming services for the commencement exercises of our high schools in May of 2021. The event will be held at the Atlanta Motor Speedway (AMS), on May 19-29, 2021. The event will take place over 11 days beginning on Wednesday, May 19th and ending on Saturday, May 29th. The event will strike at the conclusion of the last service on Saturday, May 29th (to be completed no later than May 30th). There will be one evening service per day. Prior to the first day of the event there will be two setup days May 17th and 18th. Additional time will be allowed for tear-down, load-out, and clean-up pending final ceremony.
