The City’s municipal solid waste landfill is located in far northern Lubbock County, at the intersection of FM 2528 and FM 597. Lubbock’s SWMD is requesting statements from qualified firms to assist in developing a waste disposal cell for ongoing waste operations. Please provide information to support your experience on waste cell design, construction oversight, cell testing and documentation and experience preparing

all required reports and documentation for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, TCEQ.
