Please refer to Specifications and Scope of Work document. The scope and services specified under this ITB does not include public works. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled. This an ALL OR NONE bid. Bidder(s) must bid on ALL line items to be considered for an award. Bidders are to complete the Bid Response Form spreadsheet in its entirety and upload the file to Periscope Holdings bid management site. Please read the INSTRUCTIONS & BID DETAILS included in the Bid Response Form spreadsheet carefully. Bidders are to enter values for the “Section 1. Labor Total”, "Section 2. Equipment Rental Total" from Bid Response Form on the Periscope Holdings bid management site. Bidder shall provide their margin over cost for all materials allowed under Specifications and Scope of Work, Section C, Supplier Responsibilities, Item 1.11 in Section 3 of the Bid Response Form. The item is optional and shall not be considered in the determination of the lowest bid. The County reserves the right to negotiate offered rates and it is the County's sole prerogative to include this optional item in the award. Estimated engagement hours and associated equipment rental listed are for the purposes of the solicitation only and may represent the maximum estimated annual usage. The County reserves the right to request any lesser or greater quantities of engagement hours. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Bid prices should account for freight and delivery as all products are to be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed. Upon request, the County may require demonstrations from the apparent lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Section III Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidders Representation and Declaration Submittal Form With Local Preference to be considered for an award. Within three (3) days of County's notification, the apparent successful Bidder will be required to submit the following documents: 1. Insurance certificates in compliance with County Insurance Requirements 2. Highlight of the changes made: Change 1.1: Lines 2.3, “Desiccant De-Humidifier (50 pints/day)”, 2.4, “Heater”, and 2.11, “Lift”, have been removed from the Bid Response Form. Change 1.2: Line 3.2, “Rental Cost + Margin Percentage” has been added to the Bid Response Form Change 2: Periscope Line Item “Section 3. Materials Margin” has been revised to “Line 3.1 Materials Margin” Change 3: Periscope Line Item “Line 3.2 Rental Equipment Margin” has been added to the solicitation to reflect the addition to the Bid Response Form.
