Solicitation Description: The Texas General Land Office (“GLO”) issues this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to solicit bids for Water Collection and Analysis services in Brazoria, Matagorda, and Harris counties (the “Project”). Please see Section 2.1 for detailed specifications. The GLO will consider best value for the state as directed by Texas Government Code §2155.074 when awarding contract(s). Bidders must complete and execute this IFB form. Additional information on the GLO and its programs can be found at

GLO’s acceptance of deliverables specified in the contract is a condition of payment. GLO cannot provide advanced payment for any portion of the contract amount. The GLO will only approve payment after the goods and services are received and accepted.
