Request For Proposals Project Name: HRIS/HCM PLATFORM Project Number: 298-HRISHCM2023 Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes - Chapter 160A Article 2, proposals will be received by the City of Asheville for the following: Description of Work: The City is soliciting proposals from qualified providers for HRIS/HCM platforms (hereafter “Proposer”). The City is seeking to transition our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to a modern, cloud-based solution. At a minimum, we are interested in core HR information and data storage, applicant tracking system (ATS), and onboarding with easy reporting. Ideally, the platform will include additional human capital management (HCM) applications, such as talent development/performance management, recognition, learning management system, and employee voice/surveys.
