On page 14 of the RFQ, Section III: Evaluation Criteria, it mentions the Firm/Team must be licensed to practice architecture and/or engineering in the State of Florida. We are not currently licensed to practice landscape architecture in Florida, but are licensed in other states. We do meet all the additional criteria regarding prior experience with projects of similar size and complexity; experience with government agencies and community stakeholders; and qualified personnel. Does not being licensed in Florida preclude us from submitting a proposal or being shortlisted to receive the RFP?
