NW 21ST STREET MEDIANS LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed proposals for the following work as specified: NW 21 st STREET MEDIANS LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS RFP # 2023-052 CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed proposals up to 2:45 P.M. EST, on July 24 2023, in the City Clerk’s Office, 5581 West Oakland Boulevard, Suite 421, Lauderhill, Florida 33313 and will be opened at 3:00 P.M. in Room 135. Proposals received after 2:45 P.M. will not be considered and will be returned unopened. As a part of the City’s continuing effort to beautify and maintain the City and to continue to make the city a safe and desirable place to live, the City of Lauderhill is seeking a contractor to provide landscape improvements to the medians located on NW 21 st Street. The landscape improvements shall include tree removal, stump grinding and sod replacement. The new landscape specifications are stated in detail in RFP 2023-052. Proposals will be ranked on a combined qualification and pricing for proposal RFP #2023-052 21st STREET MEDIANS LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS. A contract(s) will be awarded to the Proposer that best meets the needs of the City of Lauderhill as determined by the City Commission.
