Communications System Maintenance

The 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB, MO hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE to Unify, Inc., 2650 Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33431, to provide all labor and parts needed to maintain the current Unify communications system.  Period of Performance: 1 December 2018 - 30 November 2019.  Place of Performance: Whiteman AFB, MO.  There will be no written solicitation issued.  This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.  This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.Note: Contract award number is not known at this time.
