The purpose of this RFP (Request for Proposal) for Energy Related Technical Services is to identify and enter into multiyear contracts with a set of highly qualified firms who can support the City in achieving its extremely aggressive Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reduction goals and help it set the bar for climate leadership for large municipalities worldwide.
