The City intends to select no less than three (3) and no more than five (5) vendors to participate in the demonstration period. At the outset of the technology

demonstration period, a successful proponent will be selected, and a subsequent RFP will be issued for the first phase of a multi-year project throughout which approximately 300 irrigation controllers and associated infrastructure (decoders & sensors) will be replaced.
