CITY OF EAST PROVIDENCE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP EP21/22-19R ADVERTISEMENT FIREWORKS DISPLAY FOR JULY 2023 BID OPENING MONDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2022 AT 11:00AM The City of East Providence, RI seeking licensed and insured professional pyrotechnics company to produce an outdoor fireworks display as part of the City’s Independence Day celebration. • DATE: Monday, July 3rd, 2023 / rain date Wednesday July 5th, 2023 • LOCATION: Pierce Memorial Stadium – 201 Mercer Street, East Providence, RI 02914 TWO (2) copies of a proposal shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Ralph Mitchell, Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 no later than MONDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2022 AT 11:00AM. The bids will be publicly recorded. Bids received with a time of 11:01 AM or later will be rejected. The outside envelope needs to be marked BID EP21/22-19R. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in order to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
