INVITATION TO BID #23-221 Casper Family Medicine Clinic Renovations University of Wyoming Operations, Facilities Engineering Office, will accept bids submitted through the Public Purchase website, until 10:00am (MST), February 22, 2024, for the Casper Family Medicine Clinic Renovations project. A public bid opening will be held at that time in Conference Room 130 of the Service Building, 452 N 15th Street, on the University of Wyoming’s Laramie campus or via Zoom: https://uwyo.zoom.us/j/93047909339. Project Description: All labor and materials to provide parking lot and stormwater upgrades and interior renovations including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, interior walls, and flooring. The estimated project completion date is October 31, 2024. A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting, including a walk-through, will be held February 6, 2024, 1:00 pm (MST) (Casper FMR Clinic, 1522 E A St, Casper, WY 82601. Bid documents are available by logging on to Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com Only bids submitted electronically through the Public Purchase site and on University of Wyoming forms will be considered. Each base bid over $150,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder, as Principle, and a satisfactory surety company, executed in favor of the Owner in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount of the bid. Bid Bond shall be accompanied by a certified copy of Power of Attorney, and be signed or countersigned by an agent of the bonding company.
