Task assignments will be determined annually along with the associated budget. Professional services under this agreement/contract will be restricted to those required for any individual project for which construction costs will not exceed $4 million and for any study activity for which fees will not exceed $500,000.00. Work will be authorized on a project-by-project basis and may include but not be limited to any or all of the services listed in Section 2.1.1.
