The U.S. EPA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, with Ace Parking, Inc. to provide secured parking services for the EPA CID-San Francisco Office. The need is for Five (5) secure parking spaces. The location is 55 Hawthorne Garage, San Francisco, CA 94104. The period of performance is One (1) Year.EPA CID-San Francisco Office criminal agents require secure parking for their Government vehicles due to the nature of their work and the specialized equipment they often carry in their vehicle. Market research was conducted in and around the San Francisco Area Office and Ace Parking, Inc. is the only available parking facility that can provide proximate and secured 24-hour access for EPA CID’s Government vehicles within 2 blocks of the EPA CID-San Francisco Office.This procurement will be accomplished under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
