Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Research and Development Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ)

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is releasing the attached Draft Task Order Statement of Objectives (SOOs) for the Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Research and Development Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) effort for Industry comment. The Draft SOOs are for the task orders that will be evaluated as part of the overall DTRA CWMD IDIQ proposal.  There is one draft SOO for each of the three mission pools listed below. Please note that the attached draft SOOs are subject to change.  The final version of the SOOs will be incorporated into the DTRA CWMD IDIQ Request for Proposal.
Mission Pools:
Pool 1 - Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science (DS), and Software Development - DRAFT SOO is titled Countering Sophisticated Camouflage
Pool 2 - Operations and Countermeasures in a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) Environment - DRAFT SOO is titled Field-deployable Augmented Reality (AR) Technology
Pool 3 - Targeting, Information Operations and Irregular Warfare - DRAFT SOO is titled Wireless Radio (RF) Diagnostics Technology
Industry comments should specify if the comment impacts all of the draft SOOs or if it is a specific comment to the (1) Countering Sophisticated Camouflage SOO (Mission Pool - 1); (2) Field-deployable Augmented Reality (AR) Technology SOO (Mission Pool -2); or (3) the Wireless Radio (RF) Diagnostics Technology SOO (Mission Pool - 3).
All feedback responses concerning the Draft SOOs are to be submitted to dtra.belvoir.al.mbx.dtra-rdcwmd-fy21-22@mail.mil by February 2, 2022.
RFP Information: DTRA plans to release the CWMD IDIQ Request for Proposal (RFP) in the early to mid-March 2022 timeframe.
