Tree Removal Services

The City of Madison is soliciting bids for Tree Removal Services | #2022-001-ITB, which will include the furnishing of all labor, transportation, materials, and equipment as required by and according to the details, specifications, and documents contained in the Invitation to Bid and generally described as follows: Provision of tree removal services for certain hazardous trees along City greenways within the City of Madison. All work is to be performed per the general and technical specifications contained in the Invitation to Bid packet. No pre-qualification is required for this project. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00am local time on Friday, March 11, 2022, in Conference Room 130 in the Madison Municipal Complex located at 100 Hughes Road, Madison, Alabama 35758, with a mandatory tour of all trees to be removed to be conducted directly after the meeting. Sealed bids for the performance of such work will be received in the Legal Department located on the main

level of the Madison Municipal Complex, 100 Hughes Road, until 10:00am local time on Thursday, March 24, 2022.  Immediately thereafter, all bids submitted for the project will be opened in Conference Room 130 and evaluated with the intention of awarding a contract to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.  Bids must be submitted on the required forms provided by the City of Madison Legal Department and may not be faxed or e-mailed.
