Job Order Contract Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a Job Order Contract Services contract for James City County, James City Service Authority and Williamsburg/James City County Public School’s to award to a licensed/certified provider, as described in this contract, for JCC, JCSA and WJCC from qualified and experienced vendors.
