Each proposal must specify each and every item as set forth in the attached specifications. Any and all exceptions must be clearly stated in the proposal. Failure to set forth any item in the specifications without taking exception may be grounds for rejection. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity or informality

in any proposal or in the RFP process, as long as, in the judgment of the City, such action will not negate fair competition and will permit proper comparative evaluation of the proposals submitted. This RFP is posted on the City’s website at: https://www.slocity.org/doing-business/doing-business-with-the-city/bids-and-proposals Any changes, additions, or deletions to this RFP will be in the form of written addenda issued by the City. Any addenda will be posted on the website. Prospective proposers must check the website for addenda or other relevant new information during the response period. The City is not responsible for the failure of any prospective proposer to receive such addenda. All addenda so issued will become a part of this RFP. If your firm is interested and qualified, please submit the following in separately sealed envelopes plainly marked with the proposal title, specification number, Consultant name, and time and date of the proposal opening. All proposals must be submitted to the front counter at the Public Works Department, 919 Palm Street, by, 2:00 p.m. on September 1st, 2022.
