The Contractor shall assist the College in monitoring the Contractor’s performance of this commitment by providing, as requested, a quarterly report of participation in the performance of this Contract by small business enterprises and businesses owned by minorities, women, and Texas service-disabled veterans. Such reports shall be provided to the College in form and substance as required by College. Some work may require a certain percent participation from businesses owned by minorities, women, and Texas service-disabled veterans. Reports of the percent participation will be provided with you bid response and upon completion of each job the report must list the subcontracted vendor name, ethnicity if minorities (African-American, Hispanic-American, Asian-American, Native-American) Women owned, and Texas service-disabled veterans, and total dollar amount of work for each classification. 1.4 EXAMINATION OF WORK SITE: Bidders are requested to visit the work site as mentioned and inform themselves of all conditions that could affect their ability to perform at the work site. Failure to visit the work site will in no way relieve the successful bidder from the necessity of completing the work in accordance with the conditions and intent of the drawing and/or specifications.
