For the purpose of this RFQ, the District strongly prefers electronic proposal submission via the bidding platform Bonfire. Proposals will be evaluated using Bonfire. Any hard copy (including flash drives) proposals received will be uploaded into Bonfire. The District accepts no responsibility or liability for Respondent errors or omissions for proposal documents uploaded by the District. There is no charge to register on Bonfire.
