The Klein Independent School District offers Klein e-Bid to post and receive electronic bids. It is strongly recommended that bidders submit this bid electronically. Electronic bidding will help eliminate errors. Should you require assistance with this system, please contact the Purchasing Department. Your cooperation is appreciated.
 
This is an annual Process.
 
The District will be accepting Proposal Responses on a continual basis from the issue date of this RFP until closing at 2:00 P.M. on May 1, 2022. First submission deadline is June 1, 2021.
 
This contract will be effective July 13, 2021 through June 30, 2022

KISD is utilizing our electronic bidding system to perform all new bids and bid renewals. With this new process, vendors will be required to download, complete, and attach all mandatory bid documents (located in the attachments tab of this bid) prior to submission. Please allow yourself the adequate time to complete this process.
