MARAD Logistics Support and Spare Parts Procurement for the Ready Reserve Force

The purpose of this contract is to provide logistics overhaul, configuration management, material management and spare parts procurement support services as described in section C to the RRF and the U.S. Department of Transportation's Maritime Administration, Division of Logistics Support (MAR-614). Much of the work to be performed under this contract requires an in-depth knowledge of the American Bureau of Shipping's Nautical Systems Enterprise (NSE) software. NSE and a few related software tools are referred to as the RRF Management System (RMS).
