Description

Scope of Services
The City of Lake Forest intends to obtain the services of a qualified firm to provide the
services as outlined below. Best industry practices and/or best management practices may require
additional services not explicitly enumerated. The respondent should identify any additional
services required, price them, and explain them in their response.
The City of Lake Forest intends to obtain the services of a qualified firm to take full
responsibility for the implementation and support of the EDMS. The objective of this RFP is to
implement the City’s first department-wide Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
The system will be managed by the City’s City Clerk.

Other Details
The City is only seeking comments on the draft scope of services at this time. Prospective vendors are encouraged to review and provide comments prior to the City finalizing the RFB/Bid. No proposals are being accepted at this time. Comments should be submitted through the Q&A tab of the item.

Special Notices
The City has initiated a Request for Proposal process. The initial step in the process is the release of this DRAFT SCOPE OF WORK where interested vendors have an opportunity to comment on the scope prior to the finalization of the RFP. Shortly after the comment period ends, the final RFP will be released including any updated to the Scope of Work and instructions for submitting a proposal. Thank you for your interest in doing business with the City of Lake Forest.
