The California Department of Technology on the behalf of the California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA) seeks to enlist a vendor to provide audio-video equipment, installation and configuration, and next generation applications and software to current audio-visual industry standards. CalEPA is seeking to complete a cloud first AV modernization that will replace the existing AV system equipment currently deployed at the headquarter building, 1001 I Street in Sacramento. The comprehensive integration will be deployed at the following CalEPA public meeting rooms: Byron Sher Auditorium, Coastal Conference Room, Sierra Hearing Conference Room, Audio Video Control Booth, and Room 2540.
