Professional Architectural Services - Continuing Contracts

St. Lucie County is soliciting proposals from individual companies to provide complete continuing general consulting services. The selected firms shall be capable of providing full service in the areas of architecture to include: design, permitting, services during construction and other related consulting services on a continuing basis. The general consultant will be called upon to initiate projects intended to meet the needs of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners Departments/Divisions capital improvement programs on an as-needed basis. The majority of architectural services provided under this contract will be for small renovation/remodel projects (under $300,000), fees with awarded firms will be negotiated accordingly. Construction services for smaller renovation/remodel projects may be performed by in-house construction division.Show
