This is being sole sourced because ERAI’s datacontains a level of detail that is unavailable from any other source and therefore helps mitigaterisk related to counterfeit and high-risk or non-conforming parts. All responsible sources maysubmit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, adetermination by the Government not to compete with this proposed

contract based uponresponses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Informationreceived will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct acompetitive procurement.Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
