Rental of services will include all equipment with operator(s), tools and labor necessary for the complete performance of the service required. The successful Bidder furnishing the services shall have the complete responsibility for equipment and labor being used and will furnish all fuel and repair for that equipment. The successful Bidder must have a valid QP 2 Certification from the Structural Steel Painting Council (“SSPC”), Painting Contractor Certification Program (“PCCP”) and upload certification with bid submittal. Bidders that do not have a valid QP 2 Certification from the SSPC and PCCP will not be considered for this award. Awarded contract will work in conjunction with current Contract Award 16PSX0176.
